Guest rates for 2007

Weekend rates - $150 per night (minimum of three nights)
Weekend = Thursday thru Sunday -or- Friday thru Monday

Weekly rates - $650
The above rates apply to all but the following:
Fourth of July, Fall Ride, Labor Day and Memorial Day Weekends.

Memorial Day Weekend rates – $800 Friday thru Monday.

Fourth of July Weekend rate rates - $800 Thursday thru Sunday with Checkout Monday at 11am 

Week long rate for this weekend is $1,100 Tuesday thru Saturday, checkout Sunday 11am

Labor Day Weekend rates - $800 per night Friday thru Monday checkout Tuesday 11am

Fall Ride Weekend rates - $1.500 Wednesday thru Sunday checkout 11am Monday for six people. Additional bodies will be charged $35 a night. We will welcome groups this weekend as the house can sleep eight in beds and there is plenty of floor space. Also we will consider campers as the lot is over three acres. 

Rates are based on a maximum of six occupants /visitors. Additional occupants up to ten will be allowed. There will be an additional charge of $25 per person per night. During holidays the additional charge will be $35 per person per night.

Week long stays are Sunday through Saturday. Checkout time is 10am

If you are staying more than three days and would like our crew to come straighten up during your stay an additional $100 is added to and required for cleaning. This service must be requested in advance.
 
A deposit of one half the rental is due one week after the reservation is confirmed.

The entire payment for the rental is due two weeks prior to reservation

Pets will be allowed if cleared with the Management. An additional security deposit will be required.

No smoking inside rental is allowed.

Bedding is provided with a change of bedding located on premise.

Guests should bring their own towels.
